Easter Champagne Brunch

Enjoy a delightful Champagne Brunch this Easter. The buffet features chocolate muffins, baked banana bread, cranberry bread, cinnamon rolls, a salad bar, pasta salad, a smoked salmon display, beet salad, ambrosia salad, scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict, chilaquiles & eggs with chorizo, bacon, sausage, O'Brien potatoes, baked Alaskan cod, mac & cheese, rice pilaf, and vegetables. Additionally, there will be a pancake station offering traditional, banana, blueberry, and chocolate pancakes made to order, and a carving station with leg of lamb, roasted turkey and baron of beef! Be sure not to miss the dessert station! Each adult ticket comes with one glass of champagne, with refills available for $3 per glass. For larger groups of up to 45 guests, the private Emerald Room can be reserved for a small fee! This is a sought-after event, so be sure to get your tickets early.
